Triple T Dog collars are 2 ply nylon with a d ring and buckle.  All sizes have five holes for adjustment with brass eyelets to prevent the holes from fraying.  The length is measured from the tongue of the buckle to the center of the five holes to allow for two inches of adjustment in either direction.
